Reporting to the Manager Social Support, the Regional Tobacco Action & Youth Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Tackling Indigenous Smoking (TIS) and Youth Programs.

About You:
To be considered for this position you will have:
Essential

A qualification in Health Promotion, Project Management, Population Health or related discipline;
Demonstrated experience and the ability to provide leadership and manage a team effectively;
Experience in health promotion project management, planning, coordination and implementation to meet agreed timelines and objectives, including previous experience preparing reports and correspondence;
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of cultural factors and social determinants particularly relating to Aboriginal Health;
High level oral and written communication skills, including the ability to relate well to staff and to liaise effectively with key stakeholders;
High level of financial management, program reporting and evaluation skills;
Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and a high level of accuracy;
Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively determine priorities to ensure deadlines are met;
WA "C" Class drivers' licence;
Ability to travel and stay overnight/s as required;
Valid Working with Children Check (WA);
National Criminal History Check Certificate (Police Clearance - valid within 3 months);
