A Recruitment Officer plays a critical role in the success of a company's recruitment process.
They are responsible for identifying staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, making job offers, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Abilities NQ is looking for a hardworking, organised and experienced Recruitment Officer to provide recruitment services for their Queensland offices due to ongoing expansion.

This role is responsible for recruitment and community engagement across AbilitiesNQ:
Place advertisements across all recruitment channels Evaluate and screen suitable applications, resumes and cover letters Register suitable candidates and conduct reference checks Refer suitable candidates to Managers/Co-ordinators for formal interviews Prepare and distribute employment contracts and employment packs to successful candidates Manage all onboarding processes and be a point of contact for new starters Update and maintain candidate records and staff compliance Work with community training organisations Essential Requirements include:
Have a passion for people and culture Have experience in a previous role Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Dedication to making positive changes for our clients Confidence in using Microsoft programs NDIS workers screening and WCC Blue card Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening What we will provide you:
