The Regional Projects and Business Development Manager (WFA) will ensure effective management of WISE Employment's business initiatives in South Perth.
You will be leading our Sales team, with a focus on:

Fostering local employer engagement
Managing cohort-specific training programs
Ensuring effective community and pre-employment program implementations

This role involves building strong community partnerships, implementing pre-employment programs tailored to local needs, and assisting sites with operational support to enhance overall performance. Travel across our sites in Perth will also be required.
In this role, you will:

Be responsible for Strategy and Business Planning in designated area
Lead and develop our team of Industry Employment Specialists (Sales team)
Monitor and interpret financial statements and budgets related to funding body performance reports
Effectively manage the performance of Employment Services programs administered in the designated region
Create accurate data for reports to senior management
Identify areas of opportunity by finding solutions to business challenges
Assist and maintain developing relationships within the local community, employers and associated networks
Collaborate effectively with other business units and departments of WISE and external stakeholders to meet business objectives and deliver business plans
Travel across our sites in Perth, inclusive of but not limited to; Victoria Park, Rockingham, Cannington, Mandurah, Armadale, Gosnells and Fremantle

About you:

Extensive experience managing strategic operations within an organisational setting
Demonstrated qualities of empathy, integrity and compassion
Demonstrable strategic agility and business acumen
Proven track record in delivering results within a multi-site business and in growing a successful business or operations
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders and build an effective profile in the employment market
Possess excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, as well as negotiation and interpersonal skills
Hold a current Full Driver's License
Be willing to travel for the role
Experience in delivering contractual outcomes (Desirable)
Experience in tendering and business development (Desirable)
Tertiary qualification in a related field (Desirable)
Possess a Cert IV Training and Assessment (Desirable)
Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
