Exploring New Opportunities: Engage in cold calling and leverage various tactics to identify new business opportunities in the Labour Hire market.Achieving Targets: Proactively meet and exceed KPIs and budgets.Managing Your Pipeline: Regularly update your sales pipeline in reports and CRM to reflect current opportunities.Collaborating with the Candidate Management Team: Serve as the liaison between your clients and the Candidate Management team to ensure successful placements.About You: Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales Representative role.A strong track record as a high achiever, consistently meeting KPIs in the Labour Hire sector.A positive customer service attitude paired with excellent negotiation skills.Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
