As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to join our Western Australian leadership team and take ownership of Aurizon's South West operations.
About the Role As Regional Operations Manager, you will be a key player in leading and shaping the operational success of our South West operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, your role will be to partner with customers, lead your operational teams, and ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of supply chain services to our Bulk customers.
You will: Lead and implement strategies to foster a strong safety culture across the region.
Inspire and manage a team of regional operations leaders to deliver outstanding people and operational results.
Drive superior customer service by meeting and exceeding operational performance targets.
Manage the end-to-end supply chain and P&L for the South West region.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Mitigate risks and ensure the delivery of strategic goals while maintaining flexibility for future growth opportunities.
Shape and contribute to the development of short, medium, and long-term strategic plans for the region.
Build and manage relationships both internally and externally, contributing to the growth of the Bulk pipeline.
