Position OverviewCommencing in 2025, the Regional On Premise Manager (ROPM) has the overall responsibility for breaking down and implementing the national business plan in the NSW region. The manager will oversee 8-12 Sales Representatives including 2 Field Coaches.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the face of the brand in the market, optimizing sales, brand presence, and awareness throughout the full On trade channel, including sub channels.Drive profitable growth by engaging distribution partners and direct customers while ensuring efficient route to market solutions.Collaborate with the State Leadership Team to drive national and state consumer marketing campaigns to enhance brand relevance in various targeted occasions.
