We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Executive – South Australia to join our Geo-Environmental Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, enhance operations, and deliver exceptional results for clients while fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Your Role As a Regional Executive, you will:
Drive Business Success: Provide strategic leadership to the South Australian Geo-Environmental team, focusing on sustainable growth, optimising performance, and achieving key financial and operational objectives.Foster Technical and Client Excellence: Build and maintain client relationships, deliver high-quality projects, and manage risk to ensure sustainable commercial success.Develop People and Culture: Build a high-performing team by identifying skills gaps, fostering career and technical development, and hiring top talent to strengthen capability.Champion Strategy and Collaboration: Work with leadership to implement the Geo-Environmental business strategy, ensuring alignment across teams and business units.Promote Safety and Wellbeing: Cultivate a culture of safety and compliance, living and leading by WSP values.What You'll Bring A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field and a proven track record of leadership in technical and operational roles within the Geo-Environmental sector.Expertise in building, inspiring, and managing high-performing teams while delivering measurable business growth.A deep understanding of managing large-scale, complex projects, with the ability to deliver cost-effective, high-quality client outcomes.Strong experience in client relationship management and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.A robust approach to risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks, ensuring successful project outcomes.Recognised as a leader in the industry, with active participation in professional societies or conferences.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
