About the role
As the Regional Manager at Flexihire, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and growth of our Central Queensland Branches including our two Rockhampton branches, Yeppoon, Gladstone and Biloela.
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive the strategic development of our business in the local area.
Based in our Rockhampton office, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch's performance and ensuring exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing Provide leadership and direction to the Central Qld branch network, including setting goals, monitoring performance and supporting professional development.Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets for the region.Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to expand the customer base.Oversee the delivery of all Hire Equipment products and services to our customers, ensuring quality and efficiency.Analyse branch performance data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with the wider Flexihire leadership team to share best practices and contribute to company-wide initiatives.Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.What we're looking for Significant experience in a regional or branch management role, ideally within the Equipment Hire Industry and or manufacturing, transport or logistics industries.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in analysing data and using insights to drive operational improvements.Experience in driving safety outcomes in an industrial setting.Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g.
