We will help you develop a solid business plan to target new and existing clients and grow your portfolio.
Key responsibilities: Lead recruitment for key accounts, collaborating with the recruitment team Work with clients to clarify their staffing requirements Running business development campaigns to approach new Clients Offer strategic recruitment advice Foster and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients Proactively understand and fulfill client needs to ensure satisfaction Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets Adhoc tasks Key skills and attributes required for the role: A proven career history in Recruitment or an Account Manager High level interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation Ability to proactively resolve issues before they evolve into problems Able to work autonomously or in a team If you meet the above criteria, please apply today!
