Responsible for the administrative support for the HR Support Services portfolio, inclusive of Human Resource (HR) transactional support. Ability to establish strong working relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation and external agencies and stakeholders. Provide assistance with Recruitment and HR transactional matters to NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) inclusive of the ability to interpret awards and policies. Proven experience working in a high workload and pressure environment. Proven effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal, in a variety of forums and well developed listening and questioning skills.
