The firm is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for their team in Sydney in this full-time permanent position.This well-regarded role within the firm is reporting to the Human Resources Manager, where you will be a key member of a supportive and innovative HR team, responsible for leading all lateral recruitment efforts. Additionally, this role will manage the Graduate, Summer Clerk, and Paralegal programs across the Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, and Melbourne offices.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with leadership, Practice Group Leaders, Office Partners-in-Charge, and support service managers to identify hiring needs and drive recruitment objectives.Lead end-to-end lateral recruitment processes.Oversee and coordinate the Graduate, Summer Clerk, and Paralegal programs across multiple Australian offices.Partner with recruitment agencies to enhance the firm's profile and attract top talent.Develop and implement strategies and materials to position the firm as a leading employer within the industry.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, creative, and adaptable, with a strong results-driven approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to assess recruitment needs accurately and select the most qualified candidates.
