Many Blue Chip companies (including 2 of Australia's largest Employers) are engaged with Working In and value the fact that we are able to provide recruitment AND Immigration services under one roof.Due to the national growth in opportunities for International Recruitment Providers, we are searching for a Business Development Manager who has experience in the recruitment sector.About the role:Communicating with a range of decision makers including Senior HR, Talent Acquisition, General Management, and Business Owners to establish whether they will consider international candidates.Re-invigorating relationships from a "warm" and extensive client base.Researching new opportunities and cold calling across skill-short sectors (and locations in Australia) of your choice.Face-to-face or Teams meetings with clients with the support of our Chief Immigration Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition Partnerships who will assist you with proposals and finalising terms.About You:Seeking a unique role with huge potential in Australia.Ideally, you will have worked in an agency environment and enjoy both "hunting and farming" relationships.You will have a wide network within Australia.You will have a proven ability to win business, build relationships, and enjoy working closely with your clients.Able to work autonomously as your manager will be based in our NZ Office.Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.Live in the Sunshine Coast or willing to relocate to the Sunshine Coast.A competitive salary plus commission, car, and travel allowance will be offered to the right candidate.If this sounds like you, and you believe you can succeed in this role, we would love to hear from you.
