Build strong relationships:  Develop and maintain close working relationships with our leaders to understand their team dynamics, client needs, and staffing requirements.
Recruitment strategy:  Create and implement tailored recruitment plans for the teams that you will be supporting.
Candidate sourcing:  Utilise various channels to attract suitable candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Screening and selection:  Conduct initial screening of applicants, arrange interviews, and participate in assessment centres.
Onboarding:  Coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
Talent pipeline:  Build and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
Reporting and analytics:  Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in recruitment would be preferred but if you are working towards or have just graduated in Human Resources or equivalent degree, this could be a great fit for you.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Understanding of disability support services and the NDIS is desirable.
If successful you will also be required to obtain a NDIS Worker and Working with Children clearances (we can support).
