We are seeking a recruitment specialist with hands-on experience in sourcing, recruiting, and placing high-quality candidates within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be motivated, proactive and passionate about the many aspects of recruitment, with prior experience in Oil and Gas, Heavy Industry or Mining sectors. 
Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process of a variety of roles by actively sourcing candidates through targeted recruitment campaigns. Utilise a variety of tailored attraction strategies to ensure Wild Desert can attract the highest calibre of candidates including:Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of rolesEnsure currency of vacancy specifics including scope of position, urgency and employment conditions Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.In consultation with Human Resource team and business unit Managers, develop position overview documentation to align with business management system Collaborate with the Human Resource Manager and Business Unit Manager to develop accurate understanding of position requirements, performance indicators and incorporate into recruitment activityNegotiate job offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.Stay up to date with industry trends and market demands to attract top talent.About You: Proven experience (3+ years) as a recruitment specialist in Oil and Gas, Heavy Industry or Mining sectorsStrong understanding of industry-specific rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Ability to create and foster positive relationship with several stakeholders within the organisationStrong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems Wild Desert encourage Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to apply Only candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered
