Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to lead our recruitment agency and support the growth of other businesses in the region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in either recruitment or hospitality, with a knack for identifying opportunities and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow the recruitment agency and associated businesses. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Handle administrative tasks such as taking incoming bookings, payroll, and invoicing. Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of success and collaboration. Identify market trends and opportunities for business expansion. Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or recruitment sectors. Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently without micro-management. Familiarity with recruitment processes and administrative tasks is a plus. Who We Are Seeking:
