This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment manager to join an internal team working temporarily for a well-known and respected mining organisation. 

About the Role:
Due to continuous growth, this is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment manage a hardworking, collaborative, and supportive team.  You will assist in the recruitment of blue-collar roles for the internal team. This role will suit someone who has prior mining recruitment experience and thrives in a dynamic environment. 

Duties: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process Organising documentation for new starters  Assist in onboarding of new hires where required Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience  Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to hiring managers  Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment, be a fast learner with a sense of urgency who thrives under pressure and demonstrates initiative. To be considered for this role you must have:
Experience in a similar role ideally within the mining, oil & gas or related industries advantageous Proven experience in supporting volume recruitment campaigns  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude  Strong attention to detail How to Apply:
