Drive Results: Lead your team to success by fostering a positive environment that boosts morale, career development, customer engagement, and, of course—fun!Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to develop ambitious and innovative quarterly and annual strategy plans.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as an advisor for their recruitment needs.Talent Sourcing: Proactively attract high-calibre healthcare professionals through various channels, ensuring quality placements that make a real impact.Brand Building: Identify and drive marketing opportunities to grow your division's brand awareness and talent pool.Who We're Looking For: We're seeking an experienced recruitment professional who:
Has a proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs for themselves and driving a team to do the same.Is skilled at building long-lasting relationships, often over the phone.Has a commercial mindset, able to present recruitment solutions to potential clients.Possesses expertise in sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates.Has a passion for the healthcare industry and a drive to lead and collaborate.Shows resilience, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence.Who are we?
