Position Responsibilities: Help make Sync Lift Engineering the employer of choice in Queensland Lead a team of recruiters, onboarding and admin specialists Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with educational institutions Provide the guidance and support to empower your team to deliver recruitment outcomes for our business Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Work with the Business Support Manager on sourcing strategies to attract top talent & building talent pipelines Assist building up the Labour Hire business unit Maintain and work to revenue projections for the business unit Develop a robust sales funnel and to keep filling and working it Develop & maintain positive relationships with clients by utilising client centric account management practices Work closely with existing project delivery teams, Project Managers and supervision teams to understand current, future and pipeline work opportunities and develop strategies to target key resources Continued development of the organisations recruitment processes and systems that continue to provide the flexibility and performance of an agile and evolving business Support and work to a clear recruitment strategy that is understood and communicated across the team Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Collaborate with our marketing team on eye catching advertising campaigns Skills/Experience: Previous experience in a Recruitment Lead role within the mining/engineering/fabrication sectors.
Previous experience within the labour hire sector and account management will be highly regarded Previous experience with Employment Hero HR is mandatory Proven leadership capability with the ability to empower and drive outcomes Ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics including communicating these to various levels within the organisation An ability to be a forward thinker and effectively mitigate the challenges we face Demonstrated experience in writing and creating job advertisements, uploading to websites and job boards and conducting reference checks.
Be goal orientated Systems driven and an advocate for continuous improvement Significant experience in shutdowns and blue-collar recruitment will be highly regarded In depth knowledge of the current recruitment market to make innovative solutions to mitigate skill shortages Flexibility to adjust between changing priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and accuracy Advanced computer software skills, including Word, Excel and other database applications A strategic thinker that understands the bigger picture An innovative mindset, someone who always stives to find a better way to do things Why work with Sync Lift?
