About the role
Due to continued growth, we have some exciting opportunities for either a Recruitment Consultant or a Resourcer to join our team in Brisbane.
As part of the team, you will focus on attracting and sourcing candidates and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. This is a fast-paced role requiring a true sense of urgency whilst delivering quality in all areas of service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop strong working relationships with clients and/or candidates Source and attract highly skilled candidates Conduct thorough screening and interviews Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the onboarding process and during assignments Maintain records are current and up to date What you bring
Your experience working in a high-pace, sales environment will provide a solid foundation for your success in this role. You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn, and in return we will provide full training and a great working environment.
You will possess the following:
Experience in a resoucer role and/or recruitment role Experience working within a target driven environment Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, candidates, and clients Highly developed written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail Persistence, perseverance and positivity to achieve the desired outcome A desire to learn, be a part of a team and have fun!
