Recruitment Consultant

We are the Australian division of world-Wide specialist supplier of materials to international companies expanding their clients future distrubution centres in Sydney with many years of work programmed to supply and manage existing and new projects.
Join our team in a hands-on role managing our workforce and clients. 
 As the sole contributor for HR/Recruitment services, you'll oversee the complete employee lifecycle as well as our clients contact. 
Key Responsibilities: Lead HR projects and initiatives for a positive culture and staff retention.Manage a team dedicated to creating a productive, safe, and happy workplace.Collaborate with directors, offering insights into decisions affecting people, culture, and capability.Handle HR reporting and administration, including our HR platform/software.Coordinate internal HR communications.Address workplace complaints, mediate conflicts, and provide counseling or support.Advise on OHS matters.Manage company inductions,interviews, and end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.Provide accurate interpretation of awards, agreements, and internal policies.Requirements: Qualification in Human Resources or generalist recruitment agencies, blue collar Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.Ability to consult, problem-solve, and influence at all levels.Professional and approachable demeanor with tactful response to inquiries and requirements.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Initiative and self-starter qualities.Solid understanding of the FW Act and Modern Awards.
