A snapshot of your role…. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with multiple clients across a variety of industries. Demonstrate finesse and care in every interaction and showcase your exceptional ability to spot and match talent with the perfect role.Proactively seek out new business opportunities, leverage relationships, build your own professional network and think outside of the box when it comes to growing your desk. Stay abreast of market trends and emerging intelligence, be agile in your approach, adjusting as necessary. Provide clients and candidates with eloquent and researched market updates as appropriate. Write comprehensive and compelling job advertisements showing attention to detail and a thorough understanding of each role. Maintain, growth and develop strong lasting relationships with your clients, ensure a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and always surpass their expectations in every interaction.
