Recruitment Consultant

C&H Recruitment primarily specialises in the placement of casual and permanent personnel throughout multiple industries in both white collar and blue collar positions. These industries include but are not limited to; Mining, Manufacturing, Construction, Logistics, Transport, and Warehousing.

This role will be based in Rockhampton and will offer a Monday - Friday roster working 7:30am - 4:00pm.
ResponsibilitiesScreen applicant resumes and manage talent pools accordinglyEstablish a strong working relationship with both clients and candidatesSource suitable candidates to meet client needs and match towards vacant positionsConduct telephone screening and face-to-face interviews including reference checkingGenerate sales leads as requiredDatabase management and administrationThe successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package between $80,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus super, in a diverse work environment with a well-established company offering job satisfaction through ownership of your role.
