About the role Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Rural and Remote team.
As part of the team, you will focus on attracting and sourcing candidates and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced role requiring a true sense of urgency whilst delivering quality in all areas of service.
Your responsibilities will include: Develop strong working relationships with candidates and clients Source and attract highly skilled candidates Conduct thorough screening and interviews Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the onboarding process and during assignments Maintain records are current and up to date What you bring Your experience working in a recruitment, customer service or sales environment will provide a solid foundation for your success in this position.
You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to become a part of our high performing team.
You will possess the following: Experience working within a target driven environment Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, candidates, and clients Highly developed written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail Persistence, perseverance and positivity to achieve the desired outcome A desire to learn, be a part of a team and have fun!
