Senior / Recruitment Consultant.
This is a busy and integral role working in a small team ensuring we find the best-fit talent options for our clients.

Duties in this role include:
Develop rapport and working relationships with clients by displaying an appreciation of the "ins and outs" of their departments while better understanding their specific hiring specifications
Develop and release job postings on all collaboration platforms, such as social media and job boards
Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to source quality candidates and prospect for new business
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview lifecycle process
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
Follow up on interview process status, updating the internal database
Other ad hoc administration duties, as necessary to be successful in the role.
The Successful Candidate:
Prior experience in recruitment as a consultant or talent manager
OR
Prior experience in sales related role either B2B or B2C
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, goal-focused and results focused
Resilient, tenacious, process driven and self-motivated
A genuine interest in people, their motivators and what motivates them
Naturally intuitive and a creative problem solver
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
A quick thinker, good negotiator and have a high sense of urgency
Likes to laugh - a sense of humour is a MUST!
