Your Role
As a Pure Source Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our mission, managing the full recruitment process.
This includes:
Partnering with Clients: Delve deep into Clients' hiring needs, understanding their business and identifying the ways we can add value. Sourcing top talent: Use multiple channels to find the right Candidates and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. End-to-end management: Handle every step of the process from the job brief to offer, nurturing relationships that last. The First 6-12 Months Focus:
Establish your presence by building rapport with current and potential Clients, spending the time discussing their specific business needs. A passion for business development is essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective Clients to understand and address their staffing needs. Source and interview quality Candidates through multiple platforms, including in-house ATS/CRM, online and social platforms, networking and in house marketing initiatives. Manage the recruitment lifecycle – screening, interviewing, and facilitating placements. Develop Client relationships that foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with team members to ensure shared success. What We're Looking For Proven recruitment experience: A strong track record in agency recruitment or similar Client-focused roles. Commercial mindset: Skilled in building relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering results. Communication & influence: Mid to high-level skills in Client engagement within a B2B setting. Adaptability & drive: Your ability to handle multiple priorities with focus and resilience. Tech-competency: Familiarity with industry-specific software and online platforms.
