Are you an experienced, ambitious and results-driven Recruitment Consultant with a passion for business development? Randstad, a leading global HR services provider, is seeking talented Recruitment Consultants to join their teams across Australia.
If you have at least 2-5 years experience, either in Australia or internationally we would love to hear from you!

Your new role
You will play a pivotal role in identifying and winning new clients, expanding Randstad's market presence, and nurturing existing partnerships. You will utilize your expertise to create effective business strategies and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions to your clients. You will be an expert at sourcing, attracting, and placing top candidates across your industry.

What we need from you
2-5 years proven experience as a successful Recruitment Consultant
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Results-driven and motivated to exceed targets
