The Role:
We are searching for a self-managed recruiter with at least one years' experience able to work with our internal teams and recognise new opportunities. You will be filling internal roles for all the companies within the Johns Lyng Group as well as developing business with external organisations.  Managing internal stakeholders and external recruitment, this role will lean on the Johns Lyng Group's leadership team for the development and refinement of systems, processes and tools dedicated to delivering a sound business operation. There is an excellent sales platform and support in place to ensure your success.   

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Help drive customer engagement and service Develop strong relationships with key internal and external contacts Over time, learn how to develop your network to assist sales and identify growth opportunities Work closely with internal departments on projects end-to-end Key Selection Criteria:
Being able to work autonomously toward deadlines under tight timeframes, the drive to meet challenges and effectively work as part of a team, will contribute greatly towards the successful outcomes on your projects.
An understanding of recruitment methodologies Computer literacy Positive attitude and a sound work ethic Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Be resilient and self motivated Proactive problem solver with positive and enthusiastic approach This opportunity offers growth and development in the next stage of your career.
