The Branch Manager will be required to drive the Gold Coast and Northern NSW business.The opportunity and about the role:This is a great opportunity to work with a terrific team of professionals working across our Nursing division.As the Branch manager, Key responsibilities will include supporting our existing client base, attracting new business, networking locally to attract the best nursing talent to HCA, and to be active in day to day duties within a small, tight knit team.This role leads the Gold Coast business to ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets in accordance with the strategic plan / P&L. Has day to day operational management responsibility for business development, client and candidate management and team leadership.Our ideal candidate:We are looking for someone who is prepared to both manage and work with the team by leading by example. If you are someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys connecting with people and loves business development, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Develop key client strategies and initiate a range of business development activities, including client visits and presentations, to profile and grow the businessDevelop and maintain relations with key clients to identify new business opportunitiesConduct regular analysis of the market, key client accounts and business performance to determine business development and planningInitiate a range of attraction and sourcing activitiesPrepare weekly and monthly sales and business plans to support effective operational planning and management reporting.Manage financial and administrative processes in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures to support day to day management of the business.Lead and manage the recruitment and allocations teams including induction of consultants to ensure business resource plans and budgets have been achievedProvide leadership, coaching and support to teamsComply with company policies and procedures including business principles, misconduct reporting procedure and competition law compliance policy to meet HCA's expectations concerning professional conductWhat you will bring to the role:Healthcare experience is not essential.QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualifications, preferably marketing, commerce or business disciplines.SkillsSound financial analysis skills.High level communication skills, written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to confidently facilitate meetings and deliver presentations.Strong project management skills ExperienceDemonstrated experience in new business development initiatives and activities preferably within a commercial environment.Significant experience and demonstrated success in sales management within service business.Previous project / change management experience.About HCA:Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare workforce provider.
