HR Partners by Randstad has an opportunity for a temp Recruitment Specialist to assist on an immediate basis for 3 months with a potential of up to 12 months.

Support the creation, formatting and editing of recruitment related documents including Position Descriptions, Phone Screens, Selection Reports, Interview Guides and Reference Checks.
Support Recruitment Specialists in the use of recruitment system Martian Logic, including posting and extension of advertising materials, candidate management and care notes, candidate status changes and related emails, talent pooling and search support.
Booking and coordination of face to face and virtual interviews including supporting materials, interview panel and room availability.
Ensure all required recruitment artifacts are correctly completed by stakeholders and stored appropriately on the document control system (TRIM).
Ensuring all recruitment-related activities are performed in line with company policy, procedure and recruitment best practice.
Maintain and update recruitment tracker and other reporting deliverables, chasing stakeholders for missing compliance items or escalating accordingly.
Manage careers inbox responding to general inquiries and flagging incoming items with relevant recruiter for response.
When requested, conduct phone screening, reference checks and candidate care calls to support recruitment.
Support the coordination of pre-employment psychometric and cognitive ability testing and pre-employment validations such as working rights, police checks and qualifications.
Coordinate daily recruitment and selection reporting ensuring all progress on active recruitment activities is captured accurately.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies to support the selection, approval and onboarding process for labour hire casual staff engagements.

About the individual:
Prior recruitment experience within a fast-paced technical or corporate vertical.
Experience utilising recruitment software and Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and strong administrative skills are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact comfortably with internal senior management and external executive level candidates.
Applicants must be Australian Citizens or permanent residents.
Must be willing to pass a criminal history check.
