Going through another exciting period of growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced RECRUITMENT ADVISOR to join our People & Culture team in a full-time capacity based in Osborne Park.
This role will see you working alongside another Recruitment Advisor and supporting all three businesses to attract and engage a pipeline of talent across both blue and white collar roles.
You will be an integral part of a small but high energy team delivering a flawless candidate experience and exceptional hiring outcomes.
Some of your duties will include :
manage end to end recruitment activities across all hiring levels including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and verbal offer within a competency and valued based assessment and selection framework (utilising ELMO); proactive talent attraction and talent pool management; build strong relationships and partner with hiring managers to define their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions; actively advocate for increased diversity and inclusivity within recruitment activities; and identify and implement local area recruitment strategies to ensure we source talent from within the community in which we operate. About YOU To be successful, you will be energetic, motivated, collaborative and thrive in an ever-changing environment. You will also have : 3 - 5 years recruitment experience in a high volume role, ideally within a mining and resources environment; proven track record to deliver recruitment results in a fast-paced environment; previous experience managing due diligence processes and employment offers; ability to prioritise effectively and multi-task on a daily basis; previous experience in talent attraction and designing recruitment advertising; exceptional communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills; be highly motivated, driven and have an ability to thrive under pressure; an ability to build and maintain relationships across different stakeholder groups; understanding of current Australian employment legislation the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative; the ability to work as part of a small team; and previous experience with ELMO would be an advantage.
