Our client is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Advisor to support their recruitment and talent attraction plans. This role will be instrumental in meeting the organisation's current and future needs, with a particular focus on new service setup and delivery.
The successful candidate will provide invaluable support to managers and team leaders, assisting in the attraction, selection, and onboarding of new staff from an administrative perspective. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a real impact on the organisation's growth.
What you'll do:Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment, assessment and selection processProvide hands-on guidance to hiring managers in reviewing resumes, shortlisting and pre-screening candidatesConduct phone screening and pre-interview assessmentsCoordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managersParticipate in interviewing process as part of the panel as requiredConduct reference checks as required, and support hiring managers through this processUpload documents into HR systems as required and ensure all documentation is provided before job offers commenceClose off job requisitions in HR systems and ensure all unsuccessful candidates have been contactedWhat you bring:Experience in large volume recruitment and/or service set up projectsProven capacity to apply best-practice recruitment processes effectivelyWell-developed problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approachExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritise tasks, deliver on deadlines with high accuracyProficiency in HR systems (preferably UKG Ready Kronos)Experience using recruitment platforms including Seek, LinkedIn RecruiterWhat sets this company apart:Our client is a respected organisation that values diversity and individuality.
