How You'll Find Success Takes initiative Team player Understands the expected outcome, gets the context, and then works entrepreneurially to get it done Highly communicative and influences effectively, creating trust at the team level Strong track record of success Ability to acquire clients Strong selling skills Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence How You'll Grow Annual performance development and feedback sessions for career growth Frequent Career Action Planning with Manager Internal Mobility opportunities Things You'll Do Source, recruit, and hire top professionals across multiple functions with a primary focus on GTM Manage the full cycle hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance Develop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a pipeline of qualified candidates Build trusted partnerships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process Partner with other departments to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding What We're Looking For On Your Resume Bachelor's degree 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the areas of software/tech Strong understanding of positions, compensation, techniques and methodologies preferably in the SaaS space Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates, specifically within Sales and other GTM orgs Familiarity with the sales and technology markets and their ecosystem Ability to articulate the Qualtrics value proposition and story to candidates Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques What You Should Know About This Team Our recruiting team is looking for a highly motivated, intelligent and passionate Recruiter to join in helping build and ramp our hiring efforts across the APJ region.
