The RoleThe Recruiter is a commercially focused role which provides a professional recruitment service to both EPlus employers and participants. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Proactively building and maintaining employer relationships
Understanding our employers' businesses, their employment needs and processes
Engaging job-ready candidates to make the most of employment opportunities presented
Matching employers with the right candidates to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
Achieving or exceeding all KPIs and applying an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role
About You
Demonstrated experience in cold calling and approaching potential clients
Demonstrated success in proactive business development
Time management and delivery of a high-quality service
Advanced relationship management skills
Demonstrated success in growing relationships from small beginnings
Experience in a challenging KPI environment within a competitive industry
