About You We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Recovery Unit team.
The ideal candidate will possess: Registration or eligibility for registration as a General Nurse with a current practising certificate, along with completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive nursing care and consult with experienced staff when needed.
Experience in the care and management of acutely ill patients, demonstrating the ability to assess staff competence and contribute to their learning.
A thorough understanding of nursing responsibilities in the recovery setting, with a commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to regulatory standards.
