The Position File management at offsite storage facilities, including appraisal, sentencing, digitisation, archiving and destruction of records in accordance with customer policy and procedures as well as meeting relevant NAA requirements.
At the customer's premises, manage records within the customers EDRMS system, and through the records lifecycle.
Manage digital file returns through upload of the digital files received on hard drive/s, to the customers EDRMS.
Conduct monthly auditing of records.
Conduct annual review of sentenced records, stored at offsite locations.
Manage incoming offshore file consignments where physical records are returned to Australia from Offshore Business Areas.
Manage digital and physical file consignments as directed.
Ensure all records are Appraised and Sentenced as per customers instructions, and in accordance with NAA instructions and guidelines.
Ensure the Disposal and Destruction of all sentenced records are completed in accordance with the NAA instruction and guidelines.
Digitise records as retrieval/transfers occur and destroy the physical records.
Conduct Scan on Demand service.
Scanning and digitisation of mixed media records.
Perform quality assurance on completion of digitisation of records.
The Person It is essential for you to obtain and maintain an Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC). The ESC is a rigorous pre-employment character and integrity suitability screening process.
You must also have a minimum BASELINE security clearance prior to commencement unless otherwise specified. The security clearance process is conducted by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA). This is initiated once the ESC is finalised.
