At Kip Hunter Valley, our team is deeply committed to delivering exceptional care to every furry friend that walks through its doors. We are now looking for the pick of the litter to complement our existing team and help contribute to providing a premium service to the local pets as a Receptionist. The successful applicant must be available to work a Sunday to Wednesday roster with flexibility to work other days with notice, approx 30 hrs per week. Duties and Responsibilities Manage bookings and collect key pet information and payments.Build rapport and trust with clients through a high level of customer service and communication.Process bookings, check-ins, and check-outs of pets.Provide administration support for the leadership team to ensure we are operating in a safe, effective, and professional manner.Promptly provide pet health updates to owners in a clear, concise, and effective way in line with our processes.Experience/Skills: Previous paid animal husbandry experience is highly regarded but not essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in customer service.Passion for problem solving and high attention to detail.A can-do attitude and initiative to get extra work done.Quick learner.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a cool head under pressure.Great time management and commitment to deliver quality in work output.Competent with computer systems with the ability to pick up new software systems with ease.Why Kip Happy Stays?
