About the Role: Wonderley & Hall Solicitors is one of Toowoomba's most respected and established law firms with a reputation for quality work. We offer challenging work, plenty of variety, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the region's best legal professionals in their area of expertise.
As you will be the first point of contact for the legal practice's clients, you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, coordinating meeting rooms, and assisting staff and visitors with general requests.
The role is full-time and you will also provide quality administrative and legal assistance to our solicitors. This will entail managing incoming calls, diary management, preparation of documents and contracts, file management, billing, and general administrative support. If you have a genuine desire to remain in the Legal industry and you are looking for a busy and challenging role on a permanent basis, then we want to speak with you.
About You: The successful person will possess:
Ability to work autonomouslyFast and accurate typing skillsPrevious experience in the legal sector is ideal but not requiredPositive communication skillsAttention to detail and the ability to prioritise and organise client files and tasksA proactive and thorough approach to assigned workIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and OutlookYou will be professionally presented, organised, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills as you will be regularly liaising with clients. This is a sought-after role with varied and interesting work that will keep you on your toes.
