The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to manage our NSW/ACT Business Unit front desk in North Sydney.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, however not be limited to the following: Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area Greeting and assisting visitors including ensuring appropriate sign in procedures take place Answering and directing calls, organising mail, postage and couriers Coordinating meeting/training room bookings Monitoring stationery levels and placing resultant orders Assisting with travel bookings and expense claims for staff Additional ad hoc administrative duties and general support as required Our minimum requirements for this role are: 2 years of relevant experience as receptionist Can work independently with minimum supervision People oriented, well-organized and ability to multi-task.
