Corporate Receptionist 
$82,000 Plus Superannuation

We are specialists in providing a range of fully managed front and back-of-house guest services including reception and concierge. Our Ambassadors' key focus is to ensure our clients and guests enjoy a remarkable experience; anticipating their needs – even before they do, saving precious time and enhancing the guest experience. THE POSITION:  Providing high reception and guest services Booking meeting rooms and facilitating booking updates as required Ensuring all staff are meeting standards with emails, intranet, and phone enquiries Managing and documenting client feedback THE PERSON:  At least 2+ years experience in a comparable reception/executive assistant role Excellent communication skills with impeccable personal presentation Advanced administration skills Discreet, ethical, and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality THE BENEFITS: Inclusive and progressive work environment Delicious onsite food and barista coffee provided Easy access to 100+ retail discounts Opportunity to learn new skills and move to different internal roles
