Job Description Greet and assist visitors, answer phone inquiries, and manage the reception area.Perform various administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.Maintain office supplies and equipment, including coordinating repairs when necessary.Assist in the organization of company meetings and events.Uphold the company's privacy policies and maintain client confidentiality.Contribute to the team's work ethic by demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.Continuously strive for improvement by identifying and suggesting potential process changes.The Successful Applicant A successful Receptionist/Admin should have:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist/Administration Assistant (at least 2 year's experience).Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excel skillsExcellent time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlinesAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Proactive, reliable and focused approachWhat's on Offer A supportive and professional work environment.
