Receptionist (Administration & Office Support)Full timeCSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.In this opportunity as CSE Receptionist, your role will be to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients coming into the branch, directing phone inquiries to the most appropriate CSE contact, and providing general administration support to the Sales and Operations team.Your responsibilities will include:Processing cash sales & credit card transactionsLiaising on service orders and generating quotationsMaintaining customer files and databaseBooking inductions/courses, flights, and accommodationCoordinating mail, incoming and outgoingProcessing customer purchase ordersWhat you need to succeed:Positive team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to help othersExcellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phoneIntermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ideally 2-3 years in an office-like environment, either in reception/administration or customer serviceCert 3 in Business Administration or experience with Service Based Accounting software is highly desirableIn return, CSE can offer you an excellent opportunity to grow your career, with stability and personal development options.
