In this role you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
You will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception duties, including overseeing the National Phone Line.
Maintain and manage the team's National email inbox for efficient communication.
Process and manage orders for office and external suppliers.
Greet guests and assist tradespeople with logins and other requirements.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Customer Services Manager and Managing Director.

About You:
Previous experience in a reception or administrative support role is essential.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
