We are seeking a successful and self-motivated Real Estate Sales Specialist for our Murray Bridge branch to focus on residential, lifestyle and rural sales throughout the Murray Mallee region.

The role requires someone who will be:
Responsible for appraising, listing and selling properties Establishing and maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers Following up on leads and actioning them Managing marketing campaigns Reporting on enquiries / leads Building and managing your presence in the local area Ongoing training and licensing opportunities and the support to grow and develop your career will be made available.
About You: With an ability to work autonomously but as part of a progressive team, you will be energetic and have a willingness to contribute.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
The ability to engage with and build customer relationships with both sellers and buyers.
You will be self-motivated, creative, a strong negotiator and driven to achieve tangible results.
Commercially savvy in your approach and professional in your presentation A current Real Estate Sales license (or currently undertaking) Driver's license and motor vehicle If you have the sales skills and not the qualifications, we will train you.
