About the Role: As a Residential Structural Engineer, you will:
Lead and manage high-end residential projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project delivery. Utilise industry software such as Multiframe, Toolkit, Bluebeam, and Slog to create and review designs. Provide expert guidance to ensure timely, on-budget project completion. Maintain excellent communication and foster strong client relationships. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering. Proven experience in high-end residential projects up to $10 million. Proficiency in Multiframe, Toolkit, Bluebeam, and Slog. Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with experience liaising with architects and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
