Having launched three weeks ago this is a golden opportunity for someone to be an integral part of the product's development by analysing data effectively, showcasing risk management proficiencies, displaying customer profiling capabilities and managing site content through content optimization and quality control. This role is a full-time permanent opportunity where the successful applicant will be reporting directly to our current Racing Manager.Who are we?

What you will do: Apply knowledge of the three racing codes and their respective industries, including key players. Bring attention to detail and accuracy when collecting, inputting, and analyzing data. Utilize various technology platforms and software to manage and analyze data effectively. Through excellent communication skills you will effectively convey insights and predictions to third-party providers and team members. Produce accurate and detailed reports on racing events and trends for internal and external use Manage site content, including content optimization and quality control. Be flexible to shift work. Work irregular hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends - to cover racing events and provide timely analysis (the team covers 8am to 10pm daily). What you will bring: Minimum of two years of industry experience in a trading or analytical role. A university degree will be viewed favourably but not essential. Any additional analytical qualifications or courses are desirable. Analytically minded with a mathematical grasp of betting and odds. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and predictions to third-party providers and team members. A team-oriented mindset as everyone in the current team agrees to shift work (we cover 8am to 10pm daily through morning and afternoon shifts over seven days a week, including public holidays). Bonus points if you also have: Sports & Gambling industry knowledge is advantageous. Cryptocurrency industry knowledge would be advantageous. Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom. Tableau experience will be regarded favourably.
