Midwifery and Nursing Director - Women and Children This is your opportunity to contribute to our vision of creating:

For 1 year, you will receive an isolation bonus of AUD$3,500. If you stay for 2 years, you will receive AUD$10,500... and for your 3rd year (and every year after that) you will receive AUD$7,000. In your downtime, we will provide 2 return airfares p.a. (including spouse/dependents) to the nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with your recreation leave; of which we offer 5 weeks p.a. with a 17.5% loading/bonus.
Base salary of $174,378 p.a. (Nurse Grade 11). 12.75% employer superannuation contribution. Long Service Leave and Sick Leave accrual. Additionally, 2 weeks p.a. travel as required and enrolment and conference costs for approved courses and conferences will be provided.
We also offer staff accommodation (if eligible) or a private rental subsidy of AUD$82.50 per week for up to 17 months.

Mandatory requirements include a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences including a current practising certificate as a Registered Midwife. C Class Motor Vehicle Licence. Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks. This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis. A period of probation may apply.
