This role is responsible for maintaining production volumes in accordance with the quarry production plan and ensuring that the quarry production process is carried out in a cost-effective manner with a focus on continuous improvement to achieve business objectives.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure that company safety standards and procedures are achieved.Staff supervision.Maintenance planning and on-site improvements.Assist Quarry Management with site internal and external audits.Ensure all personnel are inducted and trained for the tasks they perform.Operation compliance with environmental objectives.Actively participate in Safety Improvement Team meetings and encourage participation of contractors.Conduct daily pre-start meetings with personnel.About YouPassion for safety - previous employment in a zero harm environment. Flexible with hours of work, including weekends to meet the needs of the quarry operations.
