THE ROLE
TS Global is seeking a QLD Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of our manufacturing, lead a high-performing team, and ensure seamless processes that meet our clients' needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading and driving operational excellence in our manufacturing processes
Fostering a culture of innovation
Leading, motivating, and mentoring the operations team and participating in performance management and recruitment activities
Ensuring seamless production and product quality
Identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction
Liaising with internal departments to meet client requirements
Maintaining industry knowledge, professional development, and competency
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven experience in a similar management role and be a confident leader, team player, self-motivated, and energetic
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and building relationships
Experience in planning and estimating
Experience in manufacturing
The ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports
High level of initiative and time management skills
Current Driver's Licence
Although not essential, the following is highly desirable:
Experience in mining
Experience and knowledge in materials handling conveyor belt systems and associated components
