Our client, an Australian food and agri-business company operating in Echuca has an opportunity for a QA Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities include:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Conduct thorough internal audits to maintain quality standards.
Develop and maintain HACCP systems and plans for all products.
Oversee the quality assurance function, ensuring site certification, training, and hygiene standards are upheld.
Monitor HACCP Critical Control Points (CCPs) effectively.
Provide monthly PHI data to the Department OPV.
Implement company technical requirements to align with internationally recognized food safety standards.
Analyse laboratory results and implement corrective and preventative actions to meet company, legal, and customer standards.
Complete, issue, and reconcile all copies of outgoing MTCs and IMTCs.
Ideal Experience required:
QA experience in the food industry with a willingness to collaborate with the production team.
Qualified in HACCP and SQF essential.
Comprehensive understanding of implementing systems and procedures.
