We are looking for an experienced Onshore QA Lead to join our Melbourne-based team. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), with a strong background in Salesforce projects and large-scale programs. The role will involve leading QA efforts, developing test strategies (including automation), and managing stakeholder relationships.Key Responsibilities:Lead QA activities for large programs with a focus on Salesforce projects.Develop and implement comprehensive Test Strategies, including automation strategies, for multiple projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure QA processes align with business objectives.Manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.Conduct risk assessments, create test plans, and ensure thorough documentation throughout the QA lifecycle.Drive the adoption of QA best practices and ensure adherence to industry standards.Conduct test execution, defect management, and reporting for various project phases.Liaise with on-site teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.Key Requirements:Certified Quality Assurance Lead (QAL) with 12-15 years of hands-on QA experience.Proven experience in Salesforce and trading large programs of work.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective Test Strategies, including Automation strategies.Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization.Ability to work on-site and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, etc.).Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
